Read the Governor's statement regarding the May budget revison and CA State Parks!
Governor's budget revision proposes to keep parks open - now focus shifts to legislature to keep
Will Rogers State Historic Park (and 47 other CA State Parks) open.
Read the statement from the CA State Parks Foundation Save Our State
Parks campaign.
While this is a hopeful step toward keeping the park open, there is still work to
do. Here are 3 ways you can help:
1. Join the Will Rogers Ranch Foundation! Your membership strengthens our voice for keeping the park open, demonstrating a constituency who cares
and will be a supporter for the long haul.
2. Participate in the next Volunteer
Day at the Ranch on Sunday, June 8th! Join us from 10 am to 2 pm to show your strong support
of the Will Rogers State Historic Park with an investment of sweat equity. Wear your work clothes and help finish painting
the fence around Heart pasture. Bring your lunch and we'll provide water and parking - all ages are welcome.
Please email us if you will be able to come help out.
