6th Annual
Movies in Will's Backyard
On Friday, August 12, 2011, we screened the 1932 Will Rogers
classic Too Busy to Work. This year's event included tours of the ranch house, a screening of the
Will Rogers tribute video "Back to the Ranch," and gourmet food trucks in addition to the free popcorn and churros!
Thanks to all who joined us and if you missed it this year, mark your calendars for next year!
Will's Dustbowl Birthday Party Almost 200 people came to the ranch on Sunday, November 7, 2010 to celebrate
Will Rogers birthday. To honor Will's spirit of philanthropy,
the ranch collected canned-food for Thanksgiving and enjoyed ranch house tours, music by Dutch Newman
and the Musical Melodians, birthday cake, and a discount at the WRRF visitors center store. Thanks to all who made this
a fun day!

Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic, Los Angeles On October 10, 2010, the ranch played host to the the inaugural Veuve Clicquot
Polo Classic, Los Angeles. World-renowned
polo player and event co-founder Nacho Figueras and his team, Black Watch, went head-to-head
against some of the best polo players in the world, all while sipping champagne
and enjoying fare from some of Los Angeles’ most beloved gourmet food trucks. The WRRF was an event
partner, along with the Will Rogers Polo Club, and CA State Parks. Click here for more details.

Inaugural Dog Iron Polo Cup & Champagne

benefitting
the Will Rogers Ranch Foundation. The event was sold out, the champagne was flowing,
and the polo horses thundered across the field. It was a great day and we are

Mr. Skitch (1933 ) Guests enjoyed a free screening of one of Will Rogers
comedy classics on the lawn at the park - people brought friends and a picnic and we provided the popcorn and drinks! Hope
